Julie Starr Hook pitched her book to me at a recent Women's Fair after asking if I considered myself organized. "I am," I told her. No difference; she was adamant I'd benefit from reading her book anyway. And although I already execute many of the tips she offers in her organizational book "From Frazzled to Freedom," I must say I found it full of helpful information, like why people have a hard time being organized (depression, illness, fears) as well as a multitude of organizational tricks I'd never thought of. Quite an impressive little book; one that I quickly determined I needed to keep as a loaner to others or as a reference book for myself. Very well written and charted out. Hook has really hit a chord in this book, one that may land her on Good Morning America or Oprah someday.[...]
I have been so disappointed time and time again when looking for help in getting organized. Not a skill that I come by naturally, but I know that I need. That is one of the main things that I found and enjoyed while reading this book, "From Frazzled to Freedom", this book is organized in such a way as to make it very easy to use.
I ask you... are you sick and tired of books that are supposed to help you get organized that are longer than War and Peace? If you are like me you don't have the time or the interest for reading hundreds of pages in the hope of finding the help I need in one particular area. That is one of the main things that I love about this book, it is organized by the same categories that you and I are looking for help in. That means I don't have to read the whole book just to find how best to organize my pantry. Why because there is a section on that. Each area of your life that you want help with is in its own section and you can go right to it.
Thank You Julie Starr Hook for providing me and everyone else the tools that we need in a format that is so easy to use. There was one surprise for me... this book was so well written that I found myself going back to it and reading other sections just to enjoy the way that she communicates each of these ideas.
You owe it to yourself to get a copy of this book, you will enjoy reading it and you will finally get the real help that you need in getting organized.

I have always considered myself as one who was organized and did not need much help but this book has great ideas that will certainly be of use.
I have been "frazzled" and totally dis-organized. We need to down size! I could not even have begun without Julie's book and support. The book gave me "permission" to begin throwing "stuff" away, bags to the garbage, shredding the "unshreddable" trunk loads to Mission and Goodwill! The book helped me to get rid of even the sentimental without shedding a tear. She addresses the emotional and pyschological issues behind hoarding and just not able to part with items.
I have a long ways to go but it's freeing to go at my own pace! I can truly say that I AM Moving From Frazzled To Freedom! My anxiety and depression have lessoned! Many thanks to Julie Starr Hook!
